This was one of the worst purchases I ever made. I bought this and had it installed at Circuit City 3 days before they ceased to exist as a company. As I was choosing which stereo to purchase, the salesboy continually referenced the various "kewl" displays of the different models. He was shocked when I told him that I did not care about the display and proceeded to assure me that "dude, it's all about the display now". The head itself is clunky and non-intuitive. It took a month for us to figure out how to turn it on and off as there is no manual and the "power" button has several other functions and is not labelled. The volume dial has to turn 6 or 8 entire revolutions before any noticable change in the volume can be achieved. The CD player stopped working after about 2 months and destroyed a favorite CD in the process. Eclipse is a four letter word in my house and is destined to go the way of Circuit City if it hasn't already. I ripped the piece of crap out a few days ago and trashed it, replacing it with a Pioneer head which is much better.
