After installing in my 2002 Chevy Camaro dash unit in the equalizer port of my Metra custom dash kit, I could't believe the difference this Audiocontrol unit made. I mainly listen to compressed MP3 files from my ipod on my system, so the EPIC 160 made a huge difference! Deeper, louder and fuller bass is what this unit is all about. It fits in 1/2 din size dash kits and the wire connector is removable so you can make all wire connections in comfort and then plug in the connector to the back. The spl meter/volt meter is a nice feature too and Audiocontrol makes very accurate meters used in competitions so you know it's accurate. Parametric equalizer knobs for your bass frequency helps tune your low end perfectly. I LOVE the fact that Audiocontrol products are made in the USA!!!!! Oregon to be specific. Great customer service and very in depth and informative user manual. I will never build a system without an EPIC 160 bass processor again! Seriously!!
