(More customer reviews)Very good communication from Seller. I decided to return for what I think is a superior product at a lower price. McCulloch is made in China of Chinese and other imported parts and then imported into the USA. I went with a unit made in Germany by Sylvania. Just my preference.

McCulloch 6000K H13 9008 Bi-Xenon HID Xenon Conversion KitThe McCulloch 6000K HID Conversion Kit will produce a crystal white light output. With a luminosity of approximately 2900, it is much brighter than the light output of halogen bulbs. The 6000K bulbs might produce a very slight bluish hue depending on the optics of the headlights, however if you are looking for more color you should consider going with a Kelvin rating of 8000K or 10000K.
The Bi-Xenon setup is only for vehicles that use dual-filament bulbs (H4/9003/HB2, H13/9008, 9007 & 9004). These sizes have one bulb to produce both; the low and the high beam. This kit comes with a bi-xenon wiring harness with inline fuse and hi/low controller.The bulbs have a magnetic mechanism for instant use of the high beam as it is activated from inside the vehicle.
