I used all 4 on the dual tires on the rear of my 9,000 lb (so as to keep under the 7k lb limit) truck to pivot the back end and they worked great, no sagging or other signs of stress. Dont expect to move by hand though. I had to push with a tractor across a smooth concrete floor. Great product for heavy vehicles. Paint issue seems to have been fixed because it didnt chip like another person described.
