Regarding people getting products without accessories like a case or terminal adapters, that's most likely not a Midtronics issue. Double-check with the reseller, be it Amazon or otherwise, and make sure that you're getting what you think you're getting. If a deal seems too good to be true, then it probably is. Another comment was made about poor customer service from Midtronics, and I'll have to challenge that as well -the reviewer said they were on hold forever, etc. My experience with Midtronics has been that you get through to someone who knows what they're talking about and rather quickly -typically under a minute. Finally, in case you don't know, they (Midtronics) are the leader in their industry. No other company even comes close -their tools are required by virtually every automotive OEM on the planet. They make great products and stand behind them. If you are thinking about Midtronics, then I say GO for it. If you have Midtronics and are not satisfied, give them a call and I'll bet they'll work with you.
