(More customer reviews)Holy **** these are the best car component speakers I've ever heard! Running 2 sets (front/rear) off a 4x100w McIntosh amp. Crystal clear at all volumes.... extremely responsive..... slamming mids..... musically neutral.... I keep getting told (besides how great they sound) how much clarity there is. You'll hear the slighest sounds; parts of a song you've never heard before. Great for all types of music: rock, hip-hop/rap, house/trance. Yeah they're expensive. Yeah you CAN hear the difference!
Negative: Since they are so clear and accurate, any bad recordings or low quality mp3/CD burns will result in hearing the static/distortion/etc.
Just make sure you're running a good amp to these with lots of clean power; upwards of 100w and low distortion.
