(More customer reviews)Bought this unit after trying a 19" Pyle ceiling unit with built in DVD, USB, to mount to the ceiling in my camper in the master bedroom. The Pyle was a disappointment right out of the box. I could tell instantly it was cheap although the price I paid (about $340) and the pictures online did not clearly convey. Installation was herendous. I returned it and bought this unit instead, knowing that it did not have the built in DVD player and media slots. The slim design is awesome and the mounting is soooo much better than the Pyle. The bracket is sturdier and the placement of the holes is much more logical to support the weight. It took me about an hour to mount once I had everything in place for the bracket. But once it was up, it was flush to the ceiling and looks great unlike the Pyle which caused a gap around the edges due to the weight and poor design of the mounting system for that unit. The screen is sharp and it is very easy to use. I like the dual inputs. I gave it four stars instead of five however for two reasons: first, it would be nice to have a digital input like HDMI versus two analog RCA inputs and second, the instructions are a bit lacking in terms of how to wire the lighting. I just assumed I had to pacth the positive and negative on the LED overehad lights to the positive and negative for the screen and then to the positive and negative supply. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out but the Pyle I had already wired had one wire for the screen and lights so a little clarity in the instrcutions would have been appreciated. All in all a great investment as long as the unit holds up in terms of quality. Bought a separate DVD player with USB and SSD slots that I will connect. not the all-in-one I wanted but a much more practical setup.
