(More customer reviews)I just got it on my new car. The system freezes and lags. It is slow. It restarts all the time, and all around, it is just bad. I can't input 4 addresses into the GPS address book at one time. Once I do, it breezes and reboots. When I start my car, the map loads forever. And I have to restart the NAV to get it working. I went back to the dealer and tested the demo. The demo did the same thing. Model DNX9980HD performed well without these problems. I hope Kenwood has a software fix soon. Otherwise, I will have to go with another brand.
