(More customer reviews)I have a older RX7 that is a street track car. I use it for Autocrossing and Track days, working towards time attacks.
I have a pair of Sprint 5 seats in there. They are great for competitive / track driving but for street driving they are just too harsh.
In anticipation of a 10 hour road trip in the car to the Tail of the Dragon, I decided to get this seat for street driving and comfort while trying to still have some of the support the Sprint 5 has.
Initial impression after installation is this seat will do the job. I still have some of the lateral support but I have more comfort with this seat. I am not sure it would be a good seat for track driving.
